Early career She won the Eves Weekly Miss India contest in 1990. Soon afterward, she was modeling in Singapore for various international fashion shows.
TV career
She presently hosts YATRA, a
religious travel guide television show and Musafir Hoon Yaaron, an
around the world travel guide television show all on STAR Plus. She has
visited around 80 countries in the last 6 years for Musafir Hoon
Yaaron. She started her own production company, Deepti Bhatnagar
Productions, hired about 20 staff, and acquired facilities of dubbing,
editing, and post-production. She has managed to do this without any
external financing or even loans because she was able to find a way to
crack a working relationship with STAR pluss; it is popularly believed
by developing close friendship with company's COO Sameer Nair.
Movie career
Some of her better known films are Ram Shastra, Pelli Sandadi (in Telugu), Inferno (1997 film) and the Aamir Khan starrer Mann.
