It is a strange case of films and real life converging for actor-director Sudeep.
Even as his divorce petition before a family court n Bengaluru from his wife of 14 years made headlines, a real confession about his troubled family life is set to hit the screens.
Sudeep has played a guest role in the film Luv U Alia. He plays himself in the film and an unscripted interview of him was canned a few months ago.
The interview in which he says among other things that he is only now trying to be a good husband and father is part of the film that is releasing this Thursday.
The interview was done by journalist turned director Indrajit Lankesh. The five minute clip used in the film, dealing with love marriage and divorce, has Sudeep speaking about his personal ife.
To a question whether he is a better husband or a better father, Sudeep says that he is neither as he has not been able to give enough time to them while having a hectic career.
Sudeep and his wife filed for divorce on September 11. As of now, the case has not been allotted to any court for hearing. |
