Analysis:-
In the beginning, Nara Rohit had picked up different scripts but these days he is coming up with half backed movies. Raja Cheyyi Vesthe adds to this list.
The movie begins on a promising note by establishing how ruthless Tarak Ratna is. The first scene begins with him at a vegetable market and how he kills people. This episode sets the right mood.
Then the director shifts to introducing Nara Rohits character of an aspiring filmmaker. Both these set up of characters is very interesting. Trouble begins there after as the director has focused on unnecessary aspects like romantic sequences of Nara Rohit and Isha.
He has tried to package the movie as wholesome entertainer as he focuses on sentiment romance action revenge etc. But none of them are engaging enough.
The new director has no grip on screenplay. Although the second half has its own moments majority of the time it bores us with lengthy scenes with boring flashback episode.
All in all the movie has some good moments but bores with unnecessary scenes and lengthy runtime.
